TCU requires that all individuals, organizations, departments and companies, both internal and external, obtain permission before using the marks of the University in a commercial or non-commercial manner. The University has taken the action necessary to protect TCU trademarks under applicable federal and state law and has developed policies and procedures to license their use under limited circumstances. The University logo is reserved for use only by individuals and units communicating in an official capacity on behalf of TCU. Any commercial use of any University mark requires prior approval and contractual agreement with the Collegiate Licensing Company. Non-University requests for use of University logos, trademarks and wordmarks should be directed to the Office of Strategic Communications Management at the Logo Request Form page. By downloading artwork from this site, you agree that you have read and will comply with the terms and conditions of TCU's Visual Identity Standards.
