Flo is responsible for planning and scheduling conferences, workshops, meetings, summer camps and related functions on campus. She acts as a liaison between Conference Services customers and University departments to coordinate facility bookings and arrangements. Flo provides personal assistance to customers to insure that their experience at TCU is exciting and memorable.
As a graduate of TCU, she is excited to be back at her alma mater. She is an active member in ACCED-I, Association of Collegiate College and Event Directors International, and has served on Staff Assembly, TCU Marketing Task Force, and several other committees at TCU.
Calen joined TCU Conference Services in 2015. He works closely with the TCU community as well as external clients to ensure satisfaction with their events on-campus. He is responsible for planning and coordinating such events as meetings, conferences, workshops and community graduations.
Calen graduated from the University of Michigan in 2012 with his B.A. in Sport Management. He joins TCU with a background in conferencing at Santa Clara University (CA) and Saginaw Valley State University (MI). Calen actively participates in the Association of Collegiate Conference Event Directors-International. He has received his Facility Management Professional certificate from the Building Owners and Managers Association and aspires for his Certified Meeting Planner designation from the Convention Industry Council.
