The focus of Advancement Communications is connecting TCU with alumni, donors and other special friends. The staff develops communications and marketing strategies for university fund-raising campaigns, the Annual Fund, the Office of Gift Planning and Alumni Relations. In addition, the office offers writing and editorial support for publications, scripts, advertising copy, videos and other materials.
Staff members also provide writing and speechwriting assistance for a number of university officials, including the Chancellor, as well as text for awards, resolutions and other University recognitions. Advancement Communications publications include the TCU Outlook newsletter, the TCU Intentions gift planning newsletter, the About TCU facts booklet, the TCU Stylebook and the TCU Trustee Directory.
